So When Should We Change The Filters?
1. It is recommended to remove the air filter element every week to blow off part of the dust on the surface.
2. Generally, the air filter of a good air compressor can be used for 1500-2000 hours and must be replaced after it expires. But if your air compressor room environment is relatively dirty, such as waste flowers in textile factories, the better air compressor filter element will be replaced in 4 to 6 months. If the quality of the air filter of the air compressor is average, it is generally recommended to replace it every three months.
3. The oil filter must be replaced after 300-500 hours of running for the first time, after 2000 hours of use for the second time, and every 2000 hours after that.
4. The replacement time of the lubricating oil of the air compressor depends on the use environment, humidity, dust and whether there is acid and alkali gas in the air. Newly purchased air compressors must be replaced with new oil after 500 hours of operation for the first time, and then replaced every 4,000 hours according to the normal oil change cycle. Machines that operate less than 4,000 hours a year should be replaced once a year.
