When the user is going to purchase an air compressor, he must first determine the working pressure required by the gas end, plus a margin of 1-2bar, and then select the pressure of the air compressor, (the margin is considered from the installation of the air compressor The pressure loss of the distance from the site to the actual gas end pipeline, according to the length of the distance, the pressure margin should be properly considered between 1-2bar). Of course, the size of the pipeline diameter and the number of turning points are also factors that affect the pressure loss. The larger the pipeline diameter and the fewer the turning points, the smaller the pressure loss; otherwise, the greater the pressure loss.

Therefore, when the distance between the air compressor and each gas end pipeline is too far, the diameter of the main pipeline should be appropriately enlarged. If the environmental conditions meet the installation requirements of the air compressor and the working conditions permit, it can be installed near the gas end.

Selection Of Air Tank

According to the pressure of the gas storage tank, it can be divided into high pressure gas storage tank, low pressure gas storage tank and normal pressure gas storage tank. The pressure of the optional air storage tank only needs to be greater than or equal to the exhaust pressure of the air compressor, that is, the pressure is 8 kg, and the pressure of the air storage tank is not less than 8 kg;

The volume of the optional air storage tank is about 10%-15% of the exhaust volume of the air compressor. It can be enlarged according to the working conditions, which is helpful for storing more compressed air and better pre-water removal.

Gas storage tanks can be divided into carbon steel gas storage tanks, low alloy steel gas storage tanks, and stainless steel gas storage tanks according to the selected materials. They are used in conjunction with air compressors, cold dryers, filters and other equipment to form industrial production The power source on the compressed air station.
