On February 23, 2024, Zhejiang Stars Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd. obtained the “Special Equipment Production License” issued by the Zhejiang Provincial Market Supervision Administration – Stationary Pressure Vessels and Other High-Pressure Vessels ( A2)
The design pressure of pressure vessels is greater than or equal to 10Mpa, and pressure vessels less than 100Mpa are high-pressure vessels. The manufacturing unit must obtain a production license of A2 level or above.
The special equipment safety technical specification “TSG07-2016 Special Equipment Production and Filling Unit Licensing Rules” is the basis for evaluating production units. It includes three aspects, one is factory equipment and other hardware, the other is professional and technical personnel (including designers, engineers responsible for the quality assurance system and various professional craftsmen and professional technical workers), and the third is a complete quality assurance system. For A2-level high voltage Container licensing, the above three aspects have more stringent requirements than Class D medium and low pressure vessels in terms of quantity and quality.
The successful acquisition of the A2 level manufacturing license (including design) of Zhejiang Stars Energy Saving Technology Co., Ltd marks that Kaishan Group has the qualifications and capabilities to design and manufacture high-pressure vessels, which will expand the group’s business to include the hydrogen energy field and other high-end manufacturing fields. A solid foundation has been laid, which will help the group continue its transformation and upgrading and enter more high-end market areas.
