1. PSA Principle:

PSA generator is one of the typical methods to separate Nitrogen and Oxygen from air mixture. To obtain abundant gas, the method utilizes synthetic zeolite molecular sieves.

2. System process description

(1 ) First, the air compressor produces compressed air that meets the air consumption ratio of the oxygen generator and is sent to the subsequent air purification system.

(2)The compressed air goes through the buffering, pressure stabilization, cooling, and water removal of the air buffer wet tank, then enters the oil-water separator to filter out water, oil, and dust, then enters the high-temperature refrigerated dryer for freezing, drying and water removal, and then comes out for filtration. The oil mist is deeply absorbed by the device and then enters the micro-thermal regeneration adsorption dryer for deep water removal. The compressed air that comes out passes through the dust filter again, and finally, the clean air is sent to the air buffer dry tank.

(3)The PSA generation device uses the physical filtration and adsorption effect of pressure changes of compressed air and zeolite molecular sieves to obtain qualified nitrogen or oxygen, and then sent to the gas tank.

(4) After the gas is dust-removed and filtered, it will be tested by the purity analyzer. The nitrogen or oxygen obtained by this method is used by industry for various purposes.
